The exhibition will take place in Kimdaejung Convention Center. This will lead exhibitors to have an excellent opportunity for delegates to interact with industry and to familiarize themselves with the latest products or technology. In addition, coffee breaks will take place in the exhibition area in order to maximize the amount of time delegates spend.

Standard Booth Rate

*10% VAT (Value Added Tax) will be added.

1 Booth = 9 sqm (3mx3m)

Standard Booth includes 9 square meters (3m x 3m), 2 Exhibitor Badges, 2 Lunch Coupons, 1 Information Desk, 2 Folding Chairs, 1 Electric Outlet (220V single phase) from April 7~8, 2018. All payments must be made by bank transfer(Kwangju Bank 1107-020-135167 Account holder예금주: 한일이비인후과 운영위원회).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. A 20% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations received by December 31, 2017. 50% of the total fee will be retained for cancellations requested by February 28, 2018. No refunds will be made for cancellations made on or after March 1, 2018.
